2. 2 You understand that it is your responsibility to consult a physician regarding your ability to participate in the physical activities and / or use of the Aum Yoga Equipment and Facilities, and that participating in the physical activities undertaken at Aum Yoga and use of the Aum Yoga Facilities and / or the Aum Yoga Equipment imposes physical demands upon you.

I have completed and signed the “Student Rules and Regulation Agreement Form”. I understand that the information provided will be used for the following purposes)

for all types of processing relevant to the enrolment of training courses and for all other related purposes

for registering student results and certifying them in response to legitimate requests;for educational research and analysis in an anonymous format in which the identities of students are not traceable ; and The information collected on this form will be used as an internal reference of the School, including but not limited to the improvement of the school’s administration and management, policy direction, marketing, customer service, etc., and will not disclose your information to a third party
